Chartered Building Surveyor position and Associate Building Surveyors – Immediate starts

You:

As a Cube surveyor, you will have a fair amount of autonomy, managing your schedule, acting as client liaison, completing surveys, reporting and delivering on time and on budget. You may well be involved, if you choose, with undertaking expert witness reporting for housing disrepair. You’ll be supported in everything you do by the The Cube Team.

Your Role:

Your responsibilities will generally include a variety of work. It depends what you’re suited to but it could include co-ordinating client projects, completing surveys. Reporting on your findings. It may be commercial, residential, education or for the church.

Completing expert witness inspections, completing expert witness reporting for the courts. Delivering reports within the agreed timescale. Acting as client liaison. Effectively engaging clients to increase further opportunities. It’s all there for the taking.

The Salary:

It will certainly be better than ‘competitive’ and will of course depend upon your abilities. We’re looking for someone that’ll work with us to build an enjoyable career, for which we’re happy to compensate you appropriately.
